Potato Puree
Sevices 4:
800 g potatos
1 teaspoon cooking salt,peper
80 g fresh butter
Preraration:5 min
Cooking Time:15-20 min.
Potato Puree Recipe
Peel the potatos,cut them into pieces and boil them with a teaspoon of cooking slt.Attach the masterpress to the processor with the wide-mesh sieve.
Once the potatos are cooked,take them out with a skimming spoon and blend them at speed 3.Add a little cooking water towards the end in order to get the right texture
Add pepper to the puree,add salt if required and mix in pieces of butter.
