Preheat the over at 180 c,gas mark 6.Grease the tin with butter and line it with greased greaseproof paper.pour the cream cheese into the processor,set to speed 6 and blend for 20 seconds using the plastic blaf-de.Continue blending and pour the sugar and eggs in one at a time through the feeder tube.
Stop the through,mix in the cornflour,the inside of the vanilla pod,the orange peel and fresh cream;blend and pour in the orange juice through the feeder tube.Continue to blend for 15 seconds to obtain a smooth end even mixture.
Wash the processor bowl,replace the blade with the whisk and set to max.Beat the egg whites until stiff then fold in with the cream in 3 goes.
Pour the mixture into the tin and cook for an hour in the oven.Leave to cool for a while before turning out in to a dish.
