Vegetable Soup

Peel and wash all the vegetables.Stand them upright in the feeder tube and slice them using disc.H on max speed.Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables.Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on a low heat,stirring,continuosly.Add salt and pepper and pour in 1 litre of very hot water.Bring to the boil and simmer for 25 minutes.

Chop the pasley in the mill or in the processor bowl using the metal blade and sprinkle over soup just before serving.

Add an axtra little touch with a spoon of fresh cream.

MINESTRONE:add tomatose,green or haricot beans,1 onion and noodles.Flavour the soup with basil.
